Message from the GI Program Director

Greetings from the Program Director

Zeid Kayali, M.D.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to our program.

Following the mission of the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine, the GI Fellowship Program will teach the next generation of physicians to be competent and compassionate practitioners in the field of gastrointestinal diseases. Our innovative program provides excellent clinical and investigational training by a committed faculty.

The program will place an emphasis on teaching physicians to practice competently in a multidisciplinary setting, the ability to evaluate literature critically and exercise evidence based practice, and the skills to thrive in an ever-evolving field to treat patients who present with a variety of problems.

If I can answer any questions for you, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Zeid Kayali, M.D.
